Discover EquivoX
EquivoX is an independent business valuation and financial analysis firm focused on complex personal and business matters. We operate at the intersection of family law, litigation support, and value creation, providing objective financial insight where clarity and judgment matter most.
Our work spans three core areas: matrimonial valuation and financial mediation, economic loss quantification in litigation contexts, and business valuation with a focus on sustainable value creation. Across all mandates, our role is the same—to deliver clear, well-supported analysis grounded in recognized valuation principles and sound financial economics.
EquivoX was founded on the belief that rigorous financial analysis, combined with disciplined processes and thoughtful use of technology, can reduce uncertainty, improve decision-making, and support fair outcomes in high-stakes situations.

Why Choose EquivoX
Independence and Objectivity
EquivoX acts as an independent professional advisor. We do not advocate for one party over another. Our conclusions are formed through evidence, analysis, and professional judgment, with a focus on defensibility and transparency.
Litigation and Family Law Experience
We understand the financial complexity and sensitivity of disputes involving matrimonial assets, income determination, and economic losses. Our work is designed to withstand scrutiny from opposing experts, counsel, and the court.
Disciplined, Technology-Enabled Processes
Automation and structured workflows are used to enhance consistency, data integrity, and analytical efficiency. Technology supports the process—it never replaces professional judgment or independence.
Focus on What Truly Drives Value
In business valuation and value creation mandates, we focus on the fundamentals: cost of capital, capital structure, operational sustainability, key personnel, and long-term economic drivers.
A Message from our CEO
EquivoX was created to address a recurring gap I observed in both family law and business contexts: decisions with significant financial consequences were often made without clear, independent, and well-structured financial analysis.
In family law matters, emotions and uncertainty can quickly overshadow financial reality. In business contexts, value discussions can become overly theoretical or disconnected from what actually drives performance and sustainability. My objective in founding EquivoX was to bring discipline, clarity, and neutrality to these situations.
As a member of the Chartered Business Valuators Institute, my role is not to advocate, but to analyze. I believe strongly that independence, transparency, and professional judgment are essential—particularly when valuations are relied upon in negotiations, mediation, or litigation.
EquivoX reflects that philosophy. We use technology thoughtfully, not to automate conclusions, but to strengthen the analytical process and allow more time for judgment, context, and communication. Ultimately, our work is about helping people and organizations move forward with confidence, grounded in financial reality.
